Our online store was developed with software from Shopify .

Horlogewinkel.com uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Vimexx

We use the services of Vimexx for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has

appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie.com

We use the Mollie.com platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie.com processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie.com has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie.com reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Reviews

Trustpilot

We collect reviews via the Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Trustpilot, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. Trustpilot shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Trustpilot also publishes your name on its own website. Shipping and logistics

PostNL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

We use the services of Wefact to maintain our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Wefact is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. FactuurSturen does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
