Delivery time

At Horlogewinkel we strive to deliver all our products from our own stock. On the product page you can view the stock status of a product. We deliver both from our own warehouse and from a supplier. Our own logistics center ensures that we can deliver almost everything from stock. If a product is (temporarily) sold out or is newly purchased, you will recognize this by the label "temporarily sold out". If you want to be personally informed when the product is back in stock, you can leave your e-mail by clicking on the button "Send me a message".

Stock statuses:
A product can have four different statuses based on stock:

  • Delivery within 1 working day: The product is available from our own stock. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.
  • Delivery within 1-2 working days: The product is on its way from the supplier to our warehouse. We expect to deliver your order within 2 business days.
  • Delivery within 2-3 working days: The product will be shipped directly from the supplier to you. We expect to deliver your order within 3 business days.
  • Delivery within 5-20 working days: The product is on its way from the factory to the supplier. We expect to deliver your order within 20 working days.

Postage costs:
Horlogewinkel sends all packages registered and insured. Shipping is free!

Delivery of parcels:
The delivery of your order will be carried out by PostNL, Bpost or DHL. After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking code, with which you can follow your package.

Insured shipping:
All products are shipped insured. Should your order be lost by the courier, we will send you a new package, usually within 7 business days after the courier has completed the investigation.

To take off:
At this time, Horlogewinkel does not offer the option to collect your order.
