Returns?
If the product is not to your liking upon receipt and needs to be exchanged, it is of course possible to return it. It is also possible to return an order without exchanging it.
However, there are conditions attached so that we can process the returns properly. See the conditions below:.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Always include your order number.
- Returns are possible within 60 days of receiving your order.
- The product is undamaged and has no signs of wear.
- The product must be packed in the original packaging with included accessories.
- The box may be opened to view the item and possibly try it on as you may do in our stores. Labels, stickers, cards & protective plastic may not be removed and watch straps may not be adjusted.
Please note that returns are not free of charge.
We will ultimately pass on the costs when refunding you.
If everything is in line with the return conditions above, you can visit our return page. It is important to have your order number to create a return.
If the product is returned and the return conditions have not been followed, we will immediately return the product and we have the right to recover the costs from the customer.
Right of withdrawal
You have 60 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the order amount of the product minus shipping costs credited. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account, which are deducted from the order amount. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 (NL) or outside the Netherlands it is 10,- (BE) per package. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. After receipt, we will then refund the order amount due minus the shipping costs within 3-5 working days, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Returns are at your own risk, we are not liable if PostNL loses the package. You are responsible for the delivery to us. You can do this by sending the package insured at your own expense. See https://www.thuiswinkel.org/helpcenter/retourneren/
